For high-purity (99.9999%) nitrogen gas needs, we offer our DEOXO PURIFIER system, which combines advanced technology with economical and ergonomic features to maximize efficiency.

With the DEOXO PURIFIER system, nitrogen gas with a much higher purity of 99.9999% (1 ppm O2) can be produced, enabling more cost-effective nitrogen generation compared to standard PSA methods. The DEOXO PURIFIER raises the purity of nitrogen from 99.9% as produced by the nitrogen generator to the desired level by mixing it with hydrogen gas in ratios determined by our engineers using an automation system.

Ultra-high purity nitrogen gas is passed through cooling and drying equipment to remove moisture, resulting in dry, ultra-pure nitrogen gas (1 ppm O2) with a dew point of -40°C, which is then provided to our customers.
