Third-Party Clarification Text and Explicit Consent Statement Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
As the data controller, the Company hereby informs you that:
- depending on the circumstances, the personal data obtained as specified below,
- within the scope of our commercial relationships or business relations with you,
- shall be processed for specific purposes, limited and proportionate to these purposes,
- maintaining the accuracy and up-to-date status of your personal data as provided to us or as reported,
- and that such data will be recorded, stored, preserved, reorganized, shared with legally authorized institutions, and transferred, disclosed, classified, or otherwise processed in accordance with the conditions stipulated under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), both domestically and abroad.
Your Processed Personal Data
Personal data provided to us by employees themselves may be processed by our Company. By way of example, the types of personal data that may be processed include the following:

Financial Data: | Financial and salary details, payrolls, premium entitlements and amounts, debt and enforcement records, bank account book, minimum living allowance details, private health insurance amount |

Visual and Audio Data: | Photographs, voice recordings, and camera footage belonging to a real person |
Your identity, address, contact, visual, and audio data, as well as other personal information, may be obtained, recorded, and processed by the Company as the data controller or by authorized data processors under necessary security measures. These may be processed for fulfilling contractual obligations, ensuring security within the Company, managing operations, implementing corporate policies, and fulfilling legal requirements. All processing will comply with the general principles set out in Article 4 of the KVKK, including the principle of retaining data only for as long as necessary. Data may be obtained, recorded, securely stored physically or electronically, maintained, modified, reorganized, disclosed in compliance with legislation, transferred domestically or internationally, acquired, classified, processed, or restricted from use.
Within the scope of the purposes stated above, your personal data may be transferred by the Company to Company employees, officers, group companies (the Company and/or its business partners, shareholders), legally authorized public institutions and organizations, independent audit firms within the framework of legal obligations, and to business partners and service providers with whom the Company collaborates or receives services to carry out its activities.
Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may, by personally proving your identity, request the following regarding your personal data:
- Learn whether we process your personal data and, if we do, request information about it.
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose.
- Learn whether your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and to whom.
- Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data and the notification of such correction to recipients to whom data has been disclosed.
- Request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK. However, the Company will determine the appropriate method of destruction based on the circumstances. You may request information on the method chosen.
- Request notification of third parties to whom your personal data has been or may be transferred regarding your destruction request.
- Object to the results of automated analysis of your personal data if such results are against your interests.
- Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
Your requests in your application will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs an additional cost for the Company, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
You can submit your application regarding the processing of your personal data by filling out the application form available on the Company’s website or in accordance with Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, through the following methods:
- In writing and signed,
- By sending an email from your registered electronic mail (KEP) address,
- With a secure electronic signature or mobile signature.
To facilitate your application, you may fill out the application form and submit it using any of the methods mentioned above.
Depending on the nature of your request and the method of application, the Company may request additional verification (such as sending a message to your registered phone number or calling you) to ensure the request belongs to you and to protect your rights. For example, if you apply via your registered email address, we may contact you through another registered communication channel to confirm your identity.
I declare that the personal data I have shared with the Company is accurate and up to date, and I undertake to notify the Company of any changes.
I hereby give my explicit consent to the processing, use, and sharing of my personal data, including sensitive personal data as defined in the KVKK, limited to the purpose of processing within the relevant process, and to its retention for the necessary period. I acknowledge that I have been duly informed in this regard and that I have read and understood this text.
